Tell her that you need a bra. She shouldn't say no, everyone is different and your mother can't say no to you when you ask her. Tell her that you want one and every else has one.

I don't know how old you are and if you need a bra yet. But you do need a bra for cheerleading if you have any development due to the bouncing around can tear the thin muscle wall of the breast and is very painful. A bra will offer support to this thin tissue.

Just ask her. If it makes you feel more comfortable to have one, she should support that. You could also tell her it's part of the dress code for school or something. If you don't want to ask your mom, ask a friends mom or an aunt or your grandmother. Good luck to you.

Its just something you have to get ready for. Just sit down with her and tell her that you feel you are ready for one. Don't say its because of your friends. Even if thats why. Maybe she will agree with getting you a sports type one first, and then let you get one thats more "girlie" later. If you get money for your birthday maybe or for chores then you can buy your own.

Well Just ask her again. One of my sisters friends was not allowed to until she was 16. She got her friends to get some for her, and kept them in her locker. That is just if she says no though. It is usually best not to go against your parents wishes.
