No,he ain't he ain't done growing,I can tell u from experirence: my brother is 6"4' and he is 16 years olds...oh he has a pair Of shoes in size 15 mens

unlikely - with a size 11 shoe probably he will be at least another 5 " - 7" taller

he is only 13 and probably hasnt yet had his pubertal spurt of height growth

feet stop growing generally a number of years in advance of height

I think he is probably headed for at least 5"10

I was right at 5 feet tall when I turned 14. I had a size 10 foot. I am 5'11" tall.

thirteen is early for full growth anyway

Not even close. I was the same size at his age and ended up having many more growth spurts. I ended up 6'2" with size 14s.

i dont think so. the average male grows untill he reaches the ages of 18 to 21.

No, I don't think so. Males commonly don't stop growing until they are 21.

no he is not done he is just beginning. he wont stop until he is at least 17-19. and even then he is not done.
