Voodoo is a serious study and shouldn't be taken lightly. If you can, find a practitioner and ask about doll making. Lots of info on the internet.

1. You can't. It's like asking for free clothes, food, shoes, toys, ect.
2.If you believe then any doll that has meaning to you can be a voo-doo doll.
But uh...why do you want a voo-doo doll? Don't start killing people or something.

Obviously you know nothing about what you want to do or are asking about. Do not meddle with things like this unless you know what you are doing. Always keep in mind the rule of three, and never do anything like this to harm another, you never know what karma will have in store for you if you do.

Make them, its not difficult. But remember, if you use them to harm, the harm comes back on you three fold (or more). They are meant to be used for healing and such. Look it up, there're thousands of sites on the net, books in the library etc where you can learn.
