Do you consider yourself broad minded and liberal?

These days it seems like liberal is a dirty word but i'd rather not be afraid. i think its just because there is a war on and everyone feels threatened. Maybe it will get better. Full-blown Conservatism requires that a person be absolutely confident about what is right for everyone and I don't have that. I had a liberal arts education and don't see how i could be anything else...

Since you are spelling catholic with a small 'c' then I would say that I am as catholic as my experience allows. I haven't been everywhere in this world, but I am very broad minded and liberal.

When it comes to broads I am liberal minded. It doesn't matter if they are Catholic. I am not in the habit of discriminating based on religion. You will find nun of that nonsense in my belief system. Better to me broad minded than broad beamed. That would not sit well with me.

I used to be a practicing Catholic...but now I am a liberal thinker and yes very broad indeed....hehe
I prefer to think of my religion as all gods, those of the Greeks and Romans. It was so much easier then. You can pray to whomever you want depending on your needs at the time. I like that concept....lol

WE (my entire family) are very liberal Catholics. We love our church BUT we use the brain that God gave us and we just naturally know that some of the teaching are just Crazy!! Birth control?you bet!! Abortion?Need one get it. Divorce is a sin? None of your business. Stay out of our everyday stuff and we will go to church and give our money... IF not-- I live in the Bible Belt and can become a, NO!! I just can say the B word. lol

I prefer my meat to be non-religious. Much more flavour.
