One other option it may be that Juventus decide to give the players the same money (it depends from their contracts and the contracts' small prints too) in order to keep them, in case the year after they go back to Serie A.
For example, I think they will try to retain Del Piero and still offer him the same money, because he is in the heart of many fans and the new Juventus manager have to work hard on rebuild their public image too. Will Del Piero accept to play in serie B? Only him knows.
In the 80s, AC Milan was relegated in Serie B (because of fraud) and many players decided to stay with the club (included Baresi, on of the best defender Italy ever had).

Juventus will still have its money but the pay out at end of season will not be the same as wining series a

They won't get the same money as Seria A players but they can move to another club!!

I think all 4 clubs will lose most of their players if they are relegated.

I think that Cappello will bring most of them to Real Madrid with him. At least until things don't cool down at home.
