HELP!
i have mild acne on my back and chest and face!
the acne is worse than the body stuff, but its not like i need perscrption bad, just mild.
what should i use to clear my face and chest and back up?!

benzoyl peroxide 5%
my brother uses the stuff for his own back and chest...
it works!!
his back isn't as bad as it once was...

I swear by ProActiv. I have been using it for 2 years. It helped my face so much. I havent had body acne but I have a friend that did. ProActiv also has a line of body stuff, but she just uses the face stuff and it really really works. The infomercials are so right!it is a little less than 40 bucks for 2 months worth but think about it, your face and body are clear and thats probally how much you would spend trying and failing with other stuff. Its at least worth a shot.

this will work I promise go to the mall to the proactive stand. They should sell body pads. they run like 20 bucks. buy those for your chest and face make sure you cut them in half to last longer .... for your body go to like wal mart and get Nutrogena acne body wash and scrub.use them daily after a week your chest should look better then start using just once or twice a week. good luck

i know what you mean...except my back and chest are worse then my face...i too am looking for a solution...i've been dealing with this since i was 12.....im 18 now...i have tried many things...its sooo embarassing..i have cried myselp to sleep many times...i heard that 'backne' spray from avon is good...i will get it soon

100% tea tree oil, i used it and it worked sooo well! It's fairly cheap to,although i would reccomend doing it at night becouse it has a fairly strong smell which you will soon get use to but it may offend others

Calamine lotion. that will work and it won't cause you pain either. But definately that stuff will clear it up especially on your back and chest

oooh. i feel for you. my cousin had it too. she uses proactiv the one on tv. it's pretty good. if you don't wanna spend try mixing sugar with a bit of water. its a good exfoliant. then go to the drugstore and buy something to clean your pores.
