At 13 years old your "penis" is very small because you are just starting to grow and the only use for it is to go pee, and not for penetrating( but in the futur you will have a penis..don't worry because it's automatic and you can't help it . for now just be content on having a wee wee).

At 13 there is an even bigger variation in size than among adults.
The average size for an adult is 6" so yours is likely to be less than that now, so you don't need to worry about it for a few years. You shouldn't worry about it then, either.
