What can I erase?

I need to clean stuff on my d recovery drive but I dont know what i can and canot erase. Which programs can I get rid of

Im assumng your useing windows ......everything but the windows folder. of course youll probably have to reinstall drivers.
so if you dont know what you are doing i would just use the "Add or Remove Programs" and the "Free up disk space" utilities.
