How do I get rid of it? I never have any programs running that I know of, and even after it is done "ending program" I have to hit cancel anyway.

Mine does that sometimes too. It only seems to do it after I have been on the computer for a really long time. I don't think there is any problem with the computer.

If you don't already have it, get spyware doctor and put in the registration key you would have got if you'd paid for it, and run it. It gets rid of all the invisible progs that servers rudely install during web browsing.

That's because Windows hasn't finished all his processes. Try hit "end now" to quick the shut down process.

Normally in the title of the message it tells what program it is trying to close. Please post that information and we may be able to tell you a solution.

programs have to run .. its how your comp works.. windows is a program.. its nothing dont worrry
