I had a friend that dreamed I was pregnant before I even knew I was pregnant. A few days after the dream I ended up with a positive pregnancy test.

I have. I dreamt about my newborn son the night I concieved. I recently had a dream about my sister in law as well, that she was going to have a baby boy. That same night, she found out that she was pregnant.

Don't worry,.. having baby dreams do not mean you will have a baby. It may mean that you love children. And it could also mean that you miss your childhood.
It doesn't always mean that way!

My wife did right before we found out she was pregnant. She also dreamed of whales, and being under water, I guess that is common too.
