It has serious problems, do not drive it until you get it checked out by a pro. If you have driven it then i would presume you will be looking for an engine as these fords dont take well to being run without water. It would also be a cheaper option than than replacing head etc

if the zetec engine there is a pipe that runs round inlet side cam pulley end which bursts.if engine has been hot at all head gasket will most deffinatly be burst &head will require skimming. Also these engines when roasted have a tendency for the valveseats to leak badly hence not wanting to run on its own.Best &cheapest fix is a complete engine from a reputible source as car value to low to justify repair bill.

hi there, sounds like head gasket, check the dipstick to see if level is over the maximum also check if oil is watery but more likely the water is leaking through blown gasket into exhaust and causing back pressure which in turn will not keep the engine running,

LOL why no longer sleep once you are able to? i've got stayed up 40 8 hours, no longer because of the fact I f**ed it up yet because of the fact I even have drowsing subject concerns and could't get to sleep besides the fact that drained i'm. Sounds stupid yet be thankful for, properly, being waiting to sleep whilst others are fortunate to get 2/3 hours a night, and flow many days devoid of sleep in any respect. putting that a side, in case you go with to stay unsleeping, close your eyes for purely slightly and loosen up, be careful to no longer flow to sleep, yet basically loosen up. perchance 5/10 minutes. Then arise and additionally you may sense extremely greater energized. it works for me yet my sleep is messed, and that i'm slightly weird and wonderful.... annnyywwaaay, reliable success! :) xx

looks like your head gasket (or heads) went Bye-Bye. . Check the oil for water (frothy color) and when you fill the coolant and start it. look for steam out the tailpipe.
