You can try washing them in cold water, and stretching them out while damp like a sweater. Don't let them near a dryer or they will get even smaller.

Wow. I'm having this same problem, only I'm pregnant. One night I just sat down and tugged every which way on one of my plain cotton t-shirts and it actually did help stretch it out quite a bit. DO NOT dry the shirts. Hope it'll work for you, too. Just have patience if you do what I did! Oh and congrats on the 2nd bay-bay!

OK - this really works --- when you wash them, toss them in the dryer for only about ten minutes. Take them out and pull at all the corners to get them all stretched out. They will still be very damp from the wash, and the heat from the dryer will get all the wrinkles out and the're ready to be stretched! Hang them on plastic hangars and when they dry, they'll be nice and large with no wrinkles.

I unwittingly stretch out my shirts, because I draw my knees up and pull the shirt over my knees. That will work!

after you wash them, don't put them in the dryer, or don't dry them to where they'll shrink because they'll fit better the next time. try stretching them out some with wooden rods or something else that'll help them stretch.

I washed one of my Lacoste polo's, and without thinking I put it in the dryer (dumb me!!) It shrunk. So, the next time I washed it, I tugged on it while it was wet. It helped stretch it.
