depends on your age boy. if you are in puberty age, i mean from 12 to 21/22. it is not premature ejaculation. if you are over at least 25 of age you have premature ejaculation. the puberty in boys differ! if you get more with women it will change, it will get longer, if it is not premature ejaculation.

Its normal if your only starting out,you have to learn the art of staying there so she gets her rocks off too.--well,thats the way the girls have made it.You might have to consider going down on them first,then they dont care so much about how long you took.Try doing it again after half an hour ,and again half an hour later,you will eventualy slow down,but dont feel too bad about it--enjoy and time will do the rest.--You heard the story about the three whippets--whippet in --whippet out---and wipe-it.-have fun.
