I don't think anyone can say without a shadow of a doubt how it all actually happened. The conspiracy buffs and the debunker nabobs all have fun with theories but the only lasting fact is that the president was murdered.

Someday, we may know... but probably not beyond a doubt.

watchiing it live, and reflecting on it for 43 years, ........i've got to say it was a seriously planned assault with several involved. oswald must have been involved in some way, but he was too flakey to pull it off himself; someone "helped" him, ie. made the actual kill-shot. he knew he was done for, and he knew he was toast, a loud mouth like him would have bragged about it, instead he said "I'm a patsy!" and he knew why jack ruby was there, he flinched, tried to turn and run as soon as he saw ruby. who let ruby in? someone left a door open for him.

as to who? we may never know. nearly a hundred fifty years later and we don't know the whole story about lincoln.
