1st ... does this person feel the same about you..if no, find someone who lives near you and move on with your life.
if yes, stay in contact through emails, letters and/or phone calls.
Save up money for short visits now and then. Find a job in that town he/she lives in and move there too or have them do the same. If this is someone you think you want to pursue a serious relationship with, it will work if it is meant to be.

well you could try a long distance relarionship like me but it sucks like if they are under 10 miles away it will work and the further you are the harder it is

i try to forget him/her i guess or if the town is not too far we can meet at the weekends
