Does anyone know how to purchase abandon homes for investing?

Abandoned ones are the easiest to buy. Once you have the property address...go to your tax assessors office and locate who the tax bills are sent to....send them a postcard or letter offering to buy their house if they are interested in selling. This is how I locate most of the houses I buy.

is often hard to do it the above way when they dont pay tax. in such a case think about adverse possession.
