who should i marry? one of them- all he ever does is eat ham.. he never stops eating,and ONLY eats ham.. and hes mean and dirty.. or....... this guy who is hot, smart, has a great job, kind, nice considerate , and goal orianted?

you answered your own question unless you like mean people...except one thing dont marry anyone you dont know well and i mean a long time with his family and friends then you'll have a better idea you can find out things years after your married to someone. Ask his former roomates they might give you a picture what he's really like. Make sure beliefs are the same especially when it comes to raising kids. It really matters alot unless you are so flexible you'll let him make all the rules. You can always have a long engagement.

if you barely know either one of them then you should marry neither one. You should tell them both that you need more time to get to know them better then you decide which ones better. I doesn't matter how hot one is and how mean and dirty the other one is, get to know both.
