My gf was scared with me too (10"). As long as he is gentle and you use lube it will be fine; just be honest with him when you have had enough or he is in too deep; this can actually create bruising inside of you.
I guess it also matters if you are a virgin; always, always practice sex safely.

Girl, you get on top and enjoy the ride of your life!! That way if you're on top you have control and it won't hurt AS BAD. You can do the spooning technique also. That's REALLY good if they are really big.

talk to him about it. tell him your not ready and tell him that your scared that it will be painful.. which it will be.. guarrenteed. use sum type of lubricant to help you guys out. it will reduce the pain.
