The façade of the clown hiding his real emotions and playing to the crowd with a painted smile... The high-wire artist delicately balancing work and life with every footfall... The trapeze artist ever striving against challenge...The Ringmaster offering us the illusion of control... The acrobats and tumblers constructing ephemera...

However I'm Bi, do I get to answer this question?
EDIT: Note I didn't mention the animals - I seem to recall that the Circae/Circuses (?) were banned from using them in the UK.

Don't ask dumb questions, and yes there is such a thing as a dumb question. A lesbian/gay person is like any other person, with their own opinions.
I dislike the circus because many times they harm the animals or keep them in small traveling cages for long time periods without proper care. I do like Cirque Du Soleil, interresting shows and good music and costumes.

Because someone has a different sexual perference doesn't make them any different than any other human being. They cry, they hurt, they laugh at the somethings any other human would. Some people like the circus and that means gay people, some do not, as they consider what is done to the animals as unhumane and that also means gay people may as well.

Personally, I haven't been to either in ages.
I don't care much for elephant tricks and lion tamers
anyway. Oh, I've never been to Cirque du Soleil.
PS -- ditto on what Water Goddess said. It was very glib of me to say I don't like elephant tricks and lion tamers. I don't like them specifically because of what the animals must endure. Cages, harsh training, unnatural acts (an elephant balancing on on or two legs -- really!!!). I also don't care for zoos. I've been to one, and after visiting the gorilla "house," I was depressed for a month.

Do stupid people like the circus? I think your just trying to get attention! Oh, and about the question you answered where that girl asked if she was bi or bicurious, and you told her that she was bi because girls don't stay lesbian forever, only through highschool and college? What the hell is that? How would you know? I know lots of lebians couples who have been with their partners for over 20 years! Your such an effing idiot! I don't like clowns, but as far as everything else, i love it. I think anyone who has to perform behind a mask is in denial of whom their are . They show tendencies that are not your everyday run of the mill. I am only a small % of those who have questioned the clowns. They seem to be a closeted group more then gays and lesbians?????
