I have a pretty dodgy past and been done for most crimes except sexual ones or old people etc.
i'm now 36 and ashamed of my past but have moved on.I simply found the courage to deal with MY issues and demons and my life is 1000 times better. My golden rule is treat others how you would like to be treated.
So what made you change and is your life better?

when i was younger i was out of control, assaulting police officers, joyriding, football hooligan, burgling, drugs, then i met my ex, she loved me more than anyone else had loved me in my life. she made me feel wanted, when she became pregnant with our 1st daughter. i had 9 months to get off the drugs, get away from the people i was doing crime with and get a job. within 6 months i was a new person. ive had 3 relapes to crime & heavy drugs, but now im the father of 4 gorgeous daughters. & havent been to prison for 11 years. if someone cant change there lifestyle to become parents then they shouldnt be parents in the 1st place.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep doing it in the right direction cause I've been down the wrong way and finally doing something positive with my life.Have over 19 years in "joints" since I was 14and I'm 61 now, and guess what I had to do exactly what you had to do,deal with issues those things I never wanted to let out to anyone, and now I'm able to share those issues in front of sometimes 75-100 people at support groups I attend (12-step) I just got on this site a few days ago and don't know exactly whats up be if theres a way to stay in touch Iwill. support is where its at

Read the bible. Paul hunted down christians until he learned about Jesus. then he changed his life. What is really amazing is that Jesus forgave him. He offers that forgiveness to you and I as well. It does not matter what you did or how bad you think you are. He still loves you.
