I personally don't think they should have unlimited access but some form of regulated access is not a bad thing. For example, access to educational or legal sites, sites with law references or attorneys, etc... see what I mean?

I think allowing prisoners access to the Internet is a bad idea. Why should they get access the luxuries of everyone else? What idiot came up with this idea?

Russia, Hungary, and Greece offer free internet access to prisoners. The UK is thinking about it.

My feeling is that I hope parents are monitoring what their children are doing on the internet.

i think everyone else has pretty much stated where it is free at...MY attitude is that i, myself wouldn't be against talking with a killer...i would not want my children or grandchildren to be able to, though...and besides that...why should they get FREE access when there are honest people who can't afford access and don't have it? prison is punishment, or should be

I'm not sure, but I don't think any country should offer Internet to prisoners. It is suppose to be punishment.

Internet should not be on offer to convicted criminals.Who knows what they are planning and when.

they do in Britain...in my view criminals should have no rights and be subject to hard and I do mean hard labour.....once a criminal aways a criminal.
