do I keep taking the green pills until the end of the pack or do i start a new pack the day i get my period?
I started taking the pill 1st day of my period, not on the sunday after my period(i thought i might add this in just incase)

Yes, but only so you'll start taking the real ones at the right time. They're placebos. But if you can remember to start taking them you don't have to take these.

yes...one it helps you to remember to take a pill everyday and two it has sodium as well as other things that replenish you from your menstruation. I asked my doctor that too. She said, you don't HAVE to but you should.
