My husband and I will be going to Pioria for a wedding in August. We are flying into Chicago. We have some free time. Any suggestions for things to do/see in about 4 hours or so.....more time in Pioria. This is a serious question, anyone with silly sexual comments can keep them---I already know about all THOSE things to do!

I've been to Peoria many times (I live outside of Chicago). Their two biggest things are several strip clubs, (not a good choice for a wedding), and Paradice River Boat Casino, which is located on the East Peoria side of the river. Main street has many bars with live local bands, but that's about it.
P.S. Peoria is about 200 miles from Chicago.

Your question is confusing. You're flying into Chicago and you have about four hours to see the city? Why so little time? Are you renting a car and driving to Peoria?
Whatever the case, if all you have is four hours to see Chicago, then go straight to Peoria.
Four hours is an insult.

Uh, I think it's spelled Peoria....and it's not too far from downtown Chicago; Go to the Science Museum or have lunch at the house of Blues; That's really all you can do in 4 hours!
