NO, have you ever noticed on your remote for your VCR or DVD it has a RECORD button, and you can buy blank VCR tapes or DVD's at stores, and if you happen to read your owners manul it will tell you HOW. It will tell you how to set the channel and time. Oh, except Disney channel, they block there's, at least they use to I don't know if they still do or not.

No. However, it is illegal to sell them. You are gaining a profit from something that doesn't belong to you. You haven't stolen it, but if you abuse the privelege of being allowed to watching, it's the same thing.

no i mean its tv right its meant for everyone and if that was wrong then i guess you cant record american idol and stuff like that and turn them into dvds so that u can watch them again and again.
