There is nothing wrong with tickling when it is consensual. When two or more people are having a great time tickling each other - all is good.
Here are the issues which bring concern to people:
1. Tickling Minors: I, personally, do not have a problem with tickling children as long as there is no tickling in inappropriate places and the person tickling the child is keeping it fun and playful for the child. It is wrong when the person tickling the child abuses the child with tickling and will not stop when the child wants them to stop. It is wrong to tickle the child in sexual places. It is wrong to tickle a child against their will. When people violate the child’s trust , comfort and safety, they can emotionally scar the child and destroy any possibilities that the child may have had to enjoy playful tickling.
2. Male/male tickling: Again, I have no problem with anybody consensually tickling anybody they want of either sex. There are people, however, who have little to know problem, watching ladies tickle ladies but they are sickened by guys tickling other guys - even if there is no nudity and no inappropriate tickling.
3. Tickling can be sexual: There are times, depending on who you are tickling or who is tickling you, that one or both people can become sexually aroused. This is only appropriate in the right relationships but it could be a problem when a man of legal age consensually tickles a teenage girl wearing only a bikini. It might be a lot of fun but it could cause a sexual disaster if both parties are not responsible.
4. Lack of understanding: In today’s society there are a lot of people who consider tickling to be taboo (for the reasons given above and others as well). These people generally do not have an understanding of how fun and pleasurable consensual tickling can be.

Nothing is wrong with it as the mgctouch guy said. I agree with his answer, and I would add that you can keep tickling fun at any age.
Avoiding what the tickled person would consider torture is the key.

Tickling can be a form of aggression, even violence. Suppose you are ticklish and a "friend" is tickling you. You ask him or her to stop, but they don't. You scream for her or him to stop, but they don't. Finally you grab something and whack them with it. They are surprised you are angry, because they were "only" tickling you.

Nothing. For some people it's harmless fun. For others, it's sexually stimulating. Either way, nothing wrong with that. I don't think anyone's died from tickling.

Tickling is fun as long as it doesn't become Sadistic(not stopping when they say stop!); Hey, as far as that's concerned, a little spank on the butt can be fun too!

Nothing is wrong with it. It's just that some people feel uncomfortable with the action, and sometimes people can get too rough, and it'll end up painful instead of ticklish.

it's killer.... i can not have anyone touch the bottom of my feet...it's just to much
