Ice-cream trucks go where children are. Find yourself some kids or hang out in neighborhoods where kids play in the front yards. You'll have a few trucks to choose from!

Well dear, lifting one hand into the air to get the driver's attention is the polite thing to do. Lifting the hem of your dress a few inches with your other hand seems to help, however. It sure worked on Pop!!
