My response is irrespective of the budget implications on the foreign travelers pockets. A few such places are:
- State Emporiums at Baba Kharak Singh Marg; Road from outer radial of Connaught Place to Gol Dak Khana (Round shape Post Office)
- Central Cottage Industries Emporium on Janpath (Opposite Hotel Imperial and Janpath Market)
- Delhi Haat at INA Colony.
- Various clubs but you need a local member to accompany you.
- Almost all five star hotels' bars and restaurants.
- Various dance floors in and around Delhi - Gurgaon, Noida.
- Priya Cinema commercial complex at Vasant Vihar
- Select Tourist spots such as Iskon temple, historical tombs and Qutub Minar
- Streets of Paharganj mainly leading from main Gate of Paharganj side New Delhi Railway Station towards the market street leading into the interior of the place.

If you like airplanes you can go gliding in Delhi...in Jaipur it's less than (58 RP) $2.00 for a tow with instructor..
Lost my notes and much tiredo..google Gliding in India and clubs will show up
