You both need psychological help as incest is a serious issue and very damaging to people. Additionally, if you did marry and were to have children, your offspring would have serious genetic defects. This is not a wise thing to do.
Go off and find yourself a nice girl who is not related to you, and make sure you and your sister get some therapy. Incest is a form of abuse and what you are doing is abusive on some level, even if she complies. She may feel she has to.

I researched this question for a national talk show a few years ago. The answer is, you can't. Incest is against the law in every country.

I'm very sorry for you and your sister. I was sexually abused by family members, as well, for many years, before I was able to "escape" the abuse, but, I always knew that it was wrong! Just like what the two of you are doing is wrong! One, or both of you should move out, if you're still living with the people that abused you prior to this "relationship", and both should seek counseling.

You and your sister need to get counseling right away. You need to stop sleeping with her. It will be damaging to both of you. You cannot marry her as it is illegal everywhere. So this can go nowhere and many people think it is wrong. This is not the right expression of love between siblings. Boundaries have broken down and maybe one of you, probably you, need to move out. Please please please stop this now.
