NO / NO / ANY / ANY according to state law as of 1983.
meaning, NO tint for windshield, NO tint for front cabin windows , ANY tint for rear cabin windows, and ANY for rear windshield.

none it is illegal to have tints in NJ. They'll pull you over and will make you take them off on the spot.
