The original of course, but the techno remix is always fun to hear too. They're both worthy recordings.

always the original. If the song was good enough to do a remix than it's not going to getting better. If the the remix was better than it would be the original.

I find that the techno remixes are better in most cases, but I have run across a few lame bombs in my time.

Depends.

In 80s 12" remixes, the track doesn't sound that different, but it does tend to get repetitive. Once things get housier, repetition increases at the expense of the original track's uniqueness.
