Its pretty simple actually. Honda already installed it for you. Under the drivers side dash is a big relay attached with a 10mm bolt. Its about 1"X1"X3" or so and has a connector on the bottom. These wires are your fuel injector and fuel pump power and/or ground.

Use a wiring diagram to determine which you want to switch. The fattest wire is the power to the fuel pump. Break that apart and wire your switch. You'll be good to go.

AKA main relay or mitsuba relay.

A helms manual will tell you what wire goes to the fuel pump. If you want to work on your car you had better have atleast a helms manual.
