You don't.

It depends on many things.

Your age. If you are young and haven't had a c section and aren't a woman, it's very possible. You look at exercises. Believe it or not, there are a ton of push-ups and a lot of them work on abs. If you do push ups with your feet on the coach and your hands on the floor, they really work the abs.

There are many exercises you can do at home. There are many books in the library for abs. You can do crunches, sit ups, use weights to work on your obliques.

Look at book like "Sly Moves" by Sylvestor Stallone. He'll show you how to work it through.

Also, genetics and your muscle memory play a huge part. If you've worked out your stomach before, it will come back again. Your body is an amazing machine.

If visualization helps you, get some photos of people with 6 packs. If music helps you, put a tape together. ALso, DVDs are great. I used a lot of them and I do the exercises without the tapes to this day. Set up a place that you will exercise at home. Also, if you can, get a buddy.

Also, if you want them, you can. If there's a will, there's a way.

After I had both my daughters, I weighed 200. I got my weight down to 130 and ran every other day in the basement during their naps. I'm 46, I still work out almost every day. You can do it! Get some books!

Well I would suggest you either watch FiTV which is great or if you dont got it or thats not your style you could do leg lifts which hurt like **** at first but they work quick *** hell ( I mean you will see results in a week if you do as many as you can everyday ) (If you can get someone to help you its alot easier atleast in the beginningif not just lay down on your back at the leg of a bed a heavy chair if you are using a person hold both of thier ankles and lift both of your legs to together from the waist and all the way to the person thats helping you so they can push your legs back down try not to let your legs touch the ground (If you dont have help just lift them as high as you can and bring them back down and dont let them touch the ground) do as many as you can.
Good Luck

Get one of those pilate workers on the commercials. Affordable, portable, all in one small machine. GEtting a bowflex would also work, more expensive however.

Keep a balanced diet, drink protein shakes (can be bought at GNC or alternate health store).
