Only when it has served its purpose. But do you honestly think any administration wants to tell the truth. If President Bush came out and said we invaded Iraq to protect our oil interests, would it make you feel any better? Your question is valid but you have to search deeper to understand why any administration is willing to lie.

George Bush would not know the truth if it bit him. He has a hundred people who give him the 'truth' every day and he is too stupid to know what is true and what is not. I mean, listen, a President who goes to Graceland while our military men and women and dying everyday has a problem and lying is only the beginning of it all.

Let's just see: when he was running for president, he said that he was a "uniter", not a "divider"--that was a lie. Most recently, he said that HE ALONE was the decision maker--that is a blatant lie. And in between, when his mouth was moving and words were coming out, those were all lies as well.
So the answer is no, our brain-dead president is not capable of telling the truth about ANYTHING!!

I am pretty disgusted with both parties.....
I don't understand why there isn't more choices. I am beginning to think all presidents are puppets, I want to know who the real puppet master is?
The powers that be will, the ones with the real power, behind the scenes decide everything for the masses. Will we ever know who those people are???
