Well, if you are passing the methane out of you, that would make you lighter than actually. It sure makes me feel lighter when I do anyway lol.

If you are losing methane, than you are losing mass, and weight but the two are not the same. Weight depends on gravity, if you were on the moon you would weigh 1/6 that of earth because the gravitational pull is 1/6 that of earth. But on the moon, or earth, or mars you would still have the same mass. Weight is measured on a scale, mass is measured on a balance.

Not really - As your digestive tract accumulates methane you will become slightly lighter but when you expell it you will not only return to your original weight but become vastly less attractive to the opposite sex.
