Does antone know the name of the after market Warranty that Volkswagen Uses.?

I bought a certified Pre-owned car back in 03 from a dealership. The car came with a 2yr volkswagen warranty. In addition to this I purchased an extended two-year warranty. Volkswagen uses a insurance company for extended warranties. I was wondering if anyone knew the exact name of the company. It is something like Mastergaurd or Mastercraft....something like that.
