No, its like a mobile phone battery, you can overcharge them!! it is possible. If you charge it for lets say 12 hours a night, there is a possibility over a length of time, of killing it, what will happen is, it will actually drain faster than it really should. Charge it while its in the off position, or use it when its plugged in, but try not to leave it charge longer than it is fully charged.
Youll get the longest life..

No.. its like a mobile phone battery.. leaving it on charge will destroy it over time. The manufacturers know this and don't put a circuit in to save your battery.. so you have to buy a new one!!

Yes, i do it all the time . But you need to let your computer battery run flat now and then ... check your instructions how to keep the battery charging ok.
