i have a cute pair of them with lace on the bottom, but i dont know what to were with them and how long or short should the skirt or pants you were with them.

Depending how long your leggings are will make the difference. If they are above the knee leggings then you could wear a short dress that has long sleeves. You want to make sure the dress is made out of a really light material, and if your leggings are dark, then you want the dress to be a lighter color.
If they are below the knee, then I would suggest wearing them with a long, really loose top. If your leggings are black, then I would choose a bold color for your top like turquoise or something like that.

If they end just below the knee (like my pair), then they look cute with a jean mini skirt and a vintage t-shirt or a lacy blouse. Also, they look really good with a long blouse (striped or even plainly colored looks great).
Don't make it look '80s though. Make sure that whatever you pick, you feel comfortable in and can pull off the look.

Yea..it is too hot to be wearin leggins.And whoever said wear boots wit em..is jus dumb stupid.Dnt wear pants wit em cuz tht defeats the purpose.
