It's probably the way you have configured the software. Perhaps at one point you blocked access to something, and this created a rule in your firewall that is still being followed. Open up the software and check for the rules and exceptions to see if you might have accidentally configured it to reject certain sites or ways of navigating.

make sure that under program control you have these settings:

- Under Access - Generic Host Process for Win32 Services and Google shoud have 2 green check marks.
- Under Servers - Both of these can have 2 red x marks.

Also under firewall you have both of those zones set to medium. Shut down all other firewalls you may have.
