Hey Forget HOt PAnts n Chicago PArty. Mencia is a half retarded genius. Maybe its cause I grew up in SO Calif too. But the latino humour and the no holds barred jokes about cripples and anyone that takes themselves too seriously, is quite funny to me . JC
