Whoever the FIFA organization decides they want to win, based on merchandising and such. Don't worry, they'll get the refs to make the necessary calls (offside, yellow & red cards, corner kicks and free kicks) to get the team they want to win.

France will beat Portugal 2-0, Germany will beat Italy 1-0 in a tight game. Then, in the final, I'll be rooting for France but Germany will probably win.
