I don't really watch it too much, I always got annoyed at all of them talking over each other and I couldn't hear anything they were saying... I just think it's so high school the way the thing went down and how it is still going down.. Walters thinks her crap doesn't stink she needs to get off her high horse, I think she is just mad because Star didn't do things the day and the way she wanted and told her to do.. I was just curious what others thought... thanks

I think that she should have kept her job and one of my best friends gave the best comment regarding her View departure and I would like to share it:

Although Star can be a little annoying I always liked
her becasue she was not fake. If she thought something-- she said it, if she didn't want to talk about something she would just keep her mouth shut.

Yeah she's a little full of herself, but I actually liked seeing a
big, middle-aged black woman with so much confidence! Unfortunately, I hope the View goes down in flames, because they just seem too shady. It's funny that while watching today the sound went off suddenly and they had to go to commercial!

Now the show will be comprised of the MOST annoying, embarassing and judgmental liberal (Joy). A judgmental, shallow know-it-all young republican soccer mom (Elizabeth). An extemely hostile, judgmental, intolerant, insecure lesbian (Rosie, who I used to like back in the day). An the most annoying old hag in the news, someone who can never say anything about Star about being full of herself because she takes the cake plus its no secret that she slept her way to the top
(Barbara). Does this sound like a group of people you want to listen to for an hour?

Good luck Star!!

Honey, Star Jones Reynolds should have been gone a LONG time ago! She's homophobic, stuck on herself, and think that the world owes her something just because she married a prissy man(I'm more man than Al Reynolds, but I digress!). Sweetie, she's a diva gone WRONG! She expected everyone's view to be only one point of view...HERS. I heard that her hubby quit her(oops, Freudian slip, dear..I meant HIS) job before she got the axe. Mr. Thing better get on that sewing machine and start selling doggie outfits on Ebay! I've never been a fan of hers, and I have no pity for her losing her job. The View's much clearer now that she's gone now. Take care, dearie!

She and Rosie O'Donnell just do not get along, so I personally think they should have chosen someone other than Rosie. Starr was a key personality on the show and even though I haven't had the opportunity to watch The View in a long time, I doubt I'll be watching it anytime soon.

I truly hate to see anyone lose their job but I feel Star needed to move on from the show. Whenever I watched the show, Joy makes a comment and Star acts as if Joy called her out of her name. Star's behavior was uncalled for.

I kind of do, although they say it was because of plummeting popularity with the viewers. I think the show will suffer because of her and Meredith's absence....not going to be the same show anymore.
