when shaving your legs make sure to wash them first. That should help with the razor bumps. then shave using the skintamate shave gel. after shaving try and put a skin moisturizing lotion on such as suave or jergins. this will help a lot with your dry skin. if you keep repeating this process you shouldnt have dry skin that much. it worked for me so it might work for you.

When I know I am going to shave I apply Johnson's Milk Lotion or Johnson's Creamy Baby Oil the night before shaving! I know it is baby lotion but I am telling you this lotion works wonders on dry skin! I had horribly dry skin until I started using my girls' lotion! Now I use on baby lotions!! Also you could get some of that shave gel for women and use both the gel and lotion or just choose one of them. Good luck girlie!!

Use a shaving lotion/gel/foam 4 sensitive skin.
Rub in lots of baby oil while your legs are damp from shaving.
Keep your legs covered when not out partying 2 give them a rest from harsh sunlight.

I have the same problem. I suggest Lubriderm lotion for sensitive skin (Don't use lotion with any fragrance or scents - they dry your skin out more). Put it on after every shower and whenever your skin feels dry. and, although this may sound disgusting, take showers every other day - it's better for your skin.

Try Aveeno lotion and Skintimate shaving gel. If those don't work for you, see a dermatologist.
You could also try not shaving as often.
