I love that movie, my fiance has never scene it ( i'm shocked) and the DVD is not available on netflix.com so I am wondering if it was ever released before ( like when Return to Neverland came out ). Please help!

It will be on DVD eventually, just you wait. I think it might be out on DVD already but I'm not sure. But Disney loves shipping their movies onto DVD. Whole economic business. If it's not already, it will be. I promise.

According to Wikipedia, a Platinum Edition DVD/BD is scheduled to be released no earlier than 2008.
The film was re-issued to theaters in 1958, 1969, 1976, 1982, and 1989, and on VHS in 1990 (as a Walt Disney Classics release) and 1998 (as a Masterpiece Collection release). A Limited Issue DVD was released in 1999, and a special edition DVD came out in 2002.
Ask around among your friends and neighbors that have kids. Maybe they have a copy they can loan you. Check at your public library to see if you can borrow one there.
