It is true that the 'woman-on-top' position isn't good for conceiving, because some of the ejaculate will flow out. It is often recommended that after having intercourse, that the woman should lie down and elevate her hips for 20 minutes to ensure that the maximum amount of sperm stays in her, and comes in contact with her cervix. 20 minutes is an adequate amount of time, because after this, the remainder of the sperm will be killed off by the differening pH of the vagina. I recommend that you change to a more 'conception-friendly' position right before your partner ejaculates to provide optimum chance of conception. Good luck!

Don't worry, everyone leaks! There's no way to hold it all in there. Men give out millions of sperm, and it only takes one. Be assured that some have gotten up there.
About the titled cervix/uterus, you can still conceive with it. I've hearn some fertility people sugggest doggy style to up your chances, but if it hurts, don't do it. if you have trouble conceiving after like 8 months, then maybe talk to a doc. about how to boost your chances.
Good luck conceiving!

Most women havet tilted a tiilted cervix or uterus. This is completley normal! So is some leakage. Your best shot is to lay down after sex with your hips elevated on a pillow. That will help the sperm stay where they need to and prevent leakage

There are those who believe that existence starts at idea. notwithstanding, this is no longer a view that the regulation recognizes. purely because someone disagrees with a regulation would not make that regulation invalid.
