The final will be Italy vs France.
Italy has the 12 year charm on their side (they are in the final every 12 years -- 1970, 2nd place; 1982, 1st place; 1994, 2nd Place, 2006, 1st place ?????!!!!!)
Call it superstition, but Italy will be World Champions.
France is the destroyer of the unbeaten. Spain was unbeaten under Aragones, and took care of them. Brazil was undefeated for 11 straight games, and France took care of that. Scolari, Portugal's coach is undefeated in 12 straight matches as a coach, dating back as Brazil's coach in 2002. France will take care of that. Call it drama or history. But it will happen.

The Germans are at home, it they beat Italy it's theres. I think they will defeat Italy in a tight one goal game either 1-0, or 2-1, maybe even decided in a shoot out. Germany is the answer to your question.
