Join the club, called Rihanna Lovers. . . Haha I love Rihanna too! She is a real teen sensation and a role-model to young girls/boys that dream of becoming the next singer. She has really good vocals and funky beat. She's the new Beyonce to me, and she will last a long time. Most teen celebs... like Hilary Duff only last a little time ( I'm inferring ), but Rihanna is a true stayer. Most people thought Pon De Replay would be a one hit wonder but she has been stronger in her singing and is still surviving.

I love Rihanna too and I love her personality and her sweet sultry voice. I would say that she's a very good singer but the truth is she's not a real powerhouse like Mariah Carey, Celine Dione, Whitney Houston or Aretha Franklin - Now they can belt some notes. Rihanna's voice is versatile yes and she's able to vary it in most of her songs, but it's just not suited to those extremely high notes so if ur looking at greatness from that standpoint, I would have to say no but she is really good nevertheless.

She has became my favorite singer. She's a great singer and excellent dancer. She's a good performer and entertainer.

It's all personal opinion. I say that she can't sing but her voice matches the songs that she sings.
