You are talking about what was first called a "Flip book". A very simple style of animation flipping through the pages to see the series of drawings run as an animated sequence.

HBK!! 1. Entertaining- He gives good promo's and really electrifies a crowd! 2. Passionate- You can tell he loves his job, he gives so much emotion and heart to the WWE. 3. Good wrestler- He's worked his whole life to become the wrestler he is today, and he's one of the best alive. 4. Ability to turn heel or face- He has tha thistory where if he turns on someone again, he'll get instant heat, but if he's not hated by a crowd, he's loved by them. 5, Overcome's odds- He was at the COMPLETE BOTTOM after he got that back injury he "Lost his smile" and he came back with a fighting effort and now look at him. Those are just a few things that makes The Showstoppa, The Icon, The Main Event so great!

Do you mean a "flipbook"? Where each card has a slightly different image, and you ruffle through them with your fingers?

If so, that's pretty much it. Draw the image in a slightly different position each time; not too different, or the movement will look choppy. If they're too similar, the "animation" will look slow. Practice to get an idea of pacing.

Do you mean "flip cards" and "flip books?"

If so, you just need a lot of sheets of paper the same size. make very small changes in each subsequent picture. It is the way old (cartoon) animation works.
