I've noticed it too! I guess it's because usually crashing involves doing something very stupid, like talking on the phone, changing the radio, etc..

People want to be respected. The only problem is that if you lie about something you aren't respecting yourself. If you don't respect yourself, then it is more difficult for others to respect you. I think that is why most people blame others for things. Accidents are also a difficult subject for some because they can be so traumatic. They maybe trying to pass off blame because they don't want to remember what really happened.

in case you circulate in to the back of yet another automobile, the insurer will basically approximately continually cope with it as your fault. As a motorist, the onus is totally on you to circulate away sufficient struggling with distance to pull up accurately whilst required to inspite of what the driving force in front is doing. I take excitement in that it replaced into icy, yet in those circumstances, you basically could desire to advance your struggling with distance and shrink your velocity to shield the circumstances. in case you collide with somebody, you have been the two driving too quickly for the circumstances or no longer leaving adequate struggling with distance. I extremely have linked a link to the line Code, so which you will discover the policies for driving in unfavourable climatic circumstances.

People never like to be in the wrong. And usually a story isn't very good when the person admits they were the ones who screwed up. Makes them "Less in the eyes of others".
But yeah, it happens way to much....

It's weird. Probably you would think they are lying, as in the fact that you know that people know that it is their fault, but they blame the other person!

I think that people don't realize what they are doing when an accident happens. They were probably on autopilot.
