she does it so people want the book to be written ASAP and to be out on the market so they can read it so they can find out who she is killing off. she wants more people to read the book.

To keep people interested... I think the hijacking thing is a crock.. its for publicity.. plus they're working on the movie for the 5th book.. so you know.. gotta keep the buzz going

it is so no one will try to make a sequel to the Harry Potters books once she finishes them. maybe she also wanted to have more people buy the book. check out the full story on msn or yahoo either one will do
