From experience, it does not take money to make the moment perfect and memorable. Surprising her is key. Don't make it obvious. Women like to be surprised. I won't share how I attempted this, because each couple is different. Overall, my suggestion is just keep the setting normal as possible and shock her with that ring and flowers. Keep it unexpected. It depends on the personality. If you two like sports you can go to a baseball game or something of that nature hit up the customer service desk and tell them what you are up to. They may be able to put you two up on the screen. If she's really family oriented take her out to a nice place and have her family scattered around where she won't know that they are there. and pop the question in front of everybody and when she says yes have her family stand up to applaud. If you have a lot of cash there's the sky writing but hey that's been done. The way I proposed to my boyfriend is I waited until he was asleep and slipped the ring on his finger and he noticed it when he woke up. He looked at me and looked at the ring and said " What's this?" I said "Think about it" He got up, went into the bathroom came out (after washing his hands) and said " OK" I think she'll like that.

eh? Word for the wise Mr. Man. Make sure she really digs you if not get her drunk while visiting Vegas like Britney did. Take the unexpected philly to a chapel whilst blind and mind in a state of blankness and JUST DO IT!
This is only if you have romance in mind: Write to her scripted letter telling her of your undying love. Ask for her presence at one of her favorite or hard to get in restaurants. Make sure the table is filled with her favorite flowers and i do mean full all around where the plates and only glasses can fit. Then in an 19th century forbidden love classic ask for her hands, kiss it and ask.

Just be yourself and make sure it comes from the heart. It's the feelings you'll remember not the place or how creative it was. Just make sure you are true and everything else will fall into place.

do something that no one has ever thought of before.. be walking talking and make it a big surprised but if you want your other half family to be in it make sure they know how to be around when you pop the big ? its originality is what is great about America cause people are free to express how they feel when it comes to living life and even love..

make her go on a scavenger hunt and then be the last clue waiting with her family around .I'm not talking about around the house ...clues can be found at rest. , other people will have the answers with another question and another clue .
